$850 - 12 Week 1:1 Program Includes:
Conducting an initial interview with client going over health history, problems and goals.
Evaluate Food and Mood journals and make recommendations for beneficial dietary changes, as well as in key lifestyle areas such as stress management, sleep hygiene and intentional movement.
Using the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to interpret your information to identify imbalances in the body. This NAQ will guide me to create a unique and specific protocol for each client and will help me know what areas need to be prioritized.
Foundational supplement recommendations that are unique for each client.
Unlimited emails to me to help you as you adjust to your new lifestyle changes.
Zoom calls weekly for the first four weeks to assess progress, answer questions, educate, and to look over Food & Mood Journals and then switching to every other week for the remainder of the program.
Re-assess at 6 weeks to see progress and adjust protocols.
